															NETWORK ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checking all NMS tools used for monitoring and act accordingly
 - Checking all the KPIs related to the Systems/Networks
 - Act as first level of support for Juniper Networks projects within this customer
 - Report any abnormalities and problems in the network
 - Daily, weekly and monthly data reports
 - Dealing with the customer complaints
 - Work with an operation manager, leader, team and other professional services consultants providing industry leading technical services
 - Understand the customers’ organizational structure and become familiar with the network implementation
 - Follow the process and procedures
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
 - Minimum of 2 years IP Network Operation experience
Experience with Juniper hardware / software are a PLUS - Strong in Microsoft Office and Computer skills
 - Strong in communication and interpersonal skills (team work)
 - Time management skills
 - English language is a must
 - Able to work under high pressure
 - Work on 24/7 shifts that include Mornings/Evenings/Nights
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

															CLOUD ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead technical workshops for clients, designing solutions that meet their specific requirements across all project aspects (governance, security, networking, billing, operations).
 - Champion cloud adoption, guiding clients through their cloud strategy regardless of their current cloud maturity level.
 - Foster clear communication, effectively conveying tasks, challenges, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Bridge the gap between business and technical needs, applying existing or developing new methodologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
 - Manage timelines and deliverables with a realistic understanding of business and technical priorities.
 - Orchestrate the technical aspects of multidisciplinary teams, including colleagues and clients. Advocate for cloud best practices in your work and across your team’s deliverables.
 - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues, supporting their growth within the team and on collaborative projects.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A Google Cloud expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and application modernization.
 - Adept at operating in cloud and hybrid environments (security, operations, networking). Proven experience in DevOps and cloud automation using Infrastructure as Code (particularly Terraform).
 - Familiar with containerized solutions (Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. Possess strong shell/bash scripting skills.
 - Have a background in IT consulting.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Experience with operational logging, monitoring, and backup tools.
 - Knowledge of VMware and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
 - Familiarity with specific tools like Terraform Cloud, Gitlab CI, Cloud Build.
 - Understanding of LDAP & Active Directory.
 - Knowledge of interoperability technologies like message oriented middleware or Event Hubs.
 - Awareness of cryptography principles (TLS, CA, PKI).
 
															NETWORK TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and depoy new devices including computers, printers, mobile devices, and any other Technology Services equipment.
 - Configure and maintain operating systems, software, and end-user requirements to ensure effective performance.
 - Install, administer, and maintain the network and infrastructure. Also, install, set up, and configure CCTV cameras, recording devices, and related equipment for the security and safety of hardware and network resources.
 - Monitor network devices and network performance and resolve any critical problems or issues.
 - Provide technical support and assistance promptly to end-users when any hardware, software, or network-related issue arises.
 - Conduct preventive maintenance for Technology Services such as meeting rooms, technology rooms, monitors, access points, printers, etc.
 - Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure infrastructure remains secure and reliable.
 - Ensure end-user support compliance with policy and procedures and implement best practices.
 - Respond to end-user requests and tickets both remotely and on-site to guarantee optimum support of the company.
 - Prepare, provide guidance, and training to end-users on tool applications and software solutions.
 - Manage asset requests, handover assets, and maintain the company asset system.
 - Report assets to the management team, summarize asset value status and the condition of assets.
 
QUALIFICATION:
- An Associate Degree in Technical Computer or equivalent experience.
 - Technical proficiency in computer operating systems, hardware, software, and network systems.
 - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills along with an awareness of IT security and technology equipment store management.
 - Familiarity with IT asset management practices.
 - Effective time management capabilities with the ability to meet performance objectives.
 - Excellent customer service skills.
 - Flexibility to work under pressure, confidence, and willingness to learn new technologies.
 - Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

- The number of assets deployed and configured within a set period.
 - The number of network troubleshooting and problem-solving cases resolved within a given period.
 - Improved customer satisfaction score with technical support services.
 - Adherence to IT security policy and procedures.

															Architect Draftsman
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CAD software to produce precise technical drawings and plans for Architectural and Civil engineering projects.
 - Drafting quality in accordance with international CAD standards.
 - Engineering and architectural sketches and specifications into accurate and detailed drawings.
 - Architectural drawings with other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes closely with project teams and professionals to ensure project designs are feasible and aligned with requirements.
 - Modify drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
 - All drawings and plans comply with industry standards, regulations, and codes.
 - Maintain accurate records of all drawings and plans.
 - Support during project planning and construction phases, including site visits and evaluations if necessary.
 - Updated on the latest design and drafting technologies and industry trends.
 - Self-motivation for continuous professional development and foster a passion for learning.
 - Attend quality meetings and contribute to the resolution of quality issues related to drawing production.
 - Closely with Project Management Teams (PMT), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), contractors, and other departments during project implementation.
 
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma in a relevant discipline.
 - A minimum of 10 years of experience within an Architectural Inspector environment.
 - Strong influencing skills, and ability to communicate at all levels.
